About IGX Academy

IGX Academy is a training and capacity building initiative by Indian Gas Exchange, offering to enhance expertise across the Gas Sector. The Academy serves as a platform for training, education and awareness for market participants, professionals, researchers and students. The Academy aims to foster learning and development through interactive pedagogy with focus on practical aspects of business.

IGX Academy will offer certification programs, training and workshops on relevant and emerging topics in the Gas Market and enables the participants with ample opportunities to learn through forums and gain insights from the industry experts. Academy will also be imparting training and workshops on various new initiatives and products of IGX.

There is no eligibility criteria for the course. Anyone interested in the sector can attend it.

The course modules will be delivered in online self-paced mode with access to material provided after registration to the candidate. IGX may provide a common online interactive session/training with sector experts to provide recent updates and resolve doubts and queries, if any

Step 1- On clicking at the “Enroll” button, the user is directed to registration page.

Step 2- User is required to fill the details and submit the registration form by clicking the “submit” button. The user will be prompted to provide One Time Password (OTP) send to the email id used for registration for verification of the User.

Step 3- After email verification, the user is directed to the payment confirmation page wherein the user will check and confirm the registration details. The user is then directed to Payment gateway page/provided with account details.

Step 4- The payment is to be made for the amount reflected on the page (which is the net amount and the applicable GST). Payment may be made through the means provided on the page.

Step 5- Once the payment is successful, User will submit the payment details to IGX academy. After verification IGX Academy will provide the login & password which may be then used to log in the User dashboard. The access to User Dashboard is provided only after enrollment/payment for a course.

Step 6- The User dashboard displays the courses for which registration/enrollment has been done and other details.

Step 7- For any failure of payment, the concerned bank may be contacted.

Step 8 - IGX reserves the right to modify the process according to the feedback received.

The fee will vary from course to course indicated in the course specific Brochure. The fee includes access to the study material, IGX Gas Trader Certificate on clearing the exam and interactive session with the Gas sector expert. Corporate discounts may be provided to participants on a case-to-case basis.

The course content will be delivered in English Language.

The minimum requirements of the system: Windows 8 or later OS, the newest versions of Google Chrome, a consistent internet connection, enable internet Cookies, any Pop-Up blocking setting(s) must be disabled, an uninterrupted power source may be ensured before starting assessment test.

Once paid, no request for cancelation/refund of fee or substitution of candidate will be entertained.

The test has 60 MCQ questions with negative marking of 0.25. The duration of the test is 60 minutes.
